 Wildewood Meeting Notice & Updates

Hello Wildewood and Greetings from the 2021-2022 Board of Directors! 

September Board Meeting – Online

The September Board Meeting will be held on Monday September 13, 2021 at 7:00 PM. Due to the increased risk of Covid-19 and the high risk status of board members and property owners, this meeting will be held online. Property owners are welcome and encouraged to attend. There are several topics that will be discussed at the meeting including a review of some areas of WOA’s governing documents that need to be updated, pool repairs, signage on Big Eddy road and 2021 HOA law updates. Please join us!

Pool Season is Winding Down

A reminder that the pool will be open on Labor Day, Monday September 6 and will be closed for season after that. Get your pool time in while you can!

Lake Palestine United Methodist Church Giving Covid Vaccines Tuesday August 31

If you are looking for a convenient way to get a Covid vaccination, the LPUMC church on FM 315 has a vaccination clinic tomorrow, Tuesday August 31 from 9-4. You can find contact information for the church on their website https://www.lakepalestineumc.com/

Reminder on Security Lights

WOA pays for approximately 45 streetlights in the neighborhood. These are the streetlights that face the street. If you notice one of the streetlights is not working, please contact the board and we can have TVEC repair it.  Please call or text the board at 903-202-0964 or email wildewoodboard@gmail.comwith the location of the light.
