 Election Results

The Annual Meeting and Election was held on June 1, 2019. John Davis, Teri Dickinson, Debi Maynard and Guy Sanders were elected to the board and will serve for two years until 2021. There are three additional board members Ray Hensley, Jamie Piersol and Tom Woodin whose terms expire in 2020. 

At the June meeting, the board voted to appoint officers as follows:

Ray Hensley – President 

Tom Woodin – Vice President 

Teri Dickinson – Secretary/Treasurer

Meeting Notice

The next board meeting will be held July 13, 2019 at 11 AM at the Wildewood Community Center. Property owners are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Pool Update

The electronic key fob system is installed and working smoothly. Automatic light switches and door closers were added to the bathrooms to prevent the doors being left open and the lights on, which attracts numerous bugs. 

Pool Hours are 10 AM – 8 PM Tuesday through Sunday. The pool is closed on Monday.

Volunteers are currently performing all the maintenance on the pool and all other Wildewood common areas, so if you see a volunteer working, please stop and thank them!

Boat Ramp

Due to the high water in the lake, the fishing dock spent several weeks under water but has now resurfaced. Volunteers replaced several damaged planks on the dock. Please remember that for safety reasons, swimming is not permitted at boat ramp which was designed as a boat launch and fishing area only. Please do not park in front of the gates and block access to the ramp.
