2021 Neighborhood Cleanup

WOA will be holding another cleanup this spring and will bring in roll off dumpsters. Date is yet to be determined but will be in the March-April time frame so start organizing the things you know you need to get rid of. Remember no toxic materials, wet paint and so forth. More information will be provided at it gets closer.

Streetlights

We have quite a few new property owners in Wildewood and welcome to all of you! In case you didn’t know (and as a reminder to those who have been here for a while) Wildewood maintains 45 streetlights within the neighborhood. If the light faces the street, it is one of the Association’s lights. If they face towards a house, they are private and are maintained by the homeowner. If you notice one of the streetlights is out, please contact us the board and we can have TVEC come out and get it fixed.

Online Payments

Online payments are now available. Please contact the board for instructions. If paying via an e-Check by entering bank routing and account number, the service has a $.45 convenience fee. If paying via credit card or debit card, the fee will be $.30 plus 3.5% of the transaction. This would add $3.24 to a payment for a single lot of $84.00 for a total of $87.24. The convenience fee is charged by the site and the credit card companies, not by WOA.
