Annual Meeting and Election – Please attend!

The 2021 Annual Membership Meeting and Election will be held Saturday June 5 at 11 AM at the community center. Hopefully by now you have received your ballots and the meeting notice. If not and they don’t come in the next few days, please let the board know and we can get you another one. No potluck meal this year, hopefully we can revive that for 2022.

Food Pantry Drive at Meeting

If possible, instead of bringing food for the potluck, please bring a food pantry donation.

Please Vote!

If you are unable to attend the membership meeting, please be sure to mail your ballots or have someone deliver them for you. We need everyone to vote to ensure we have a quorum.

Teller Committee

We need volunteers to count the ballots at the meeting. If you are available to help, please contact a board member.

Pool Opening – Pick up your keys!

Memorial Day is very late this year (May 31) and the intention is to get the pool season underway a little earlier and have the pool open for the weekend ONLY on May 22 & 23 from Noon till 8 PM. Given the current state of the weather, it’s possible the pool will not be able to open if the flooding & rain continue all week as predicted. We will provide an update on Friday May 21.

In addition:

· Regular operating hours will resume on Saturday, May 29

· Pool will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM until 8 PM

· Pool will be open on Memorial Day, May 31

· The first hour (10-11 AM) on weekdays will be reserved for seniors

There has been some chatter about some seniors getting together to walk laps in the pool or do water aerobics. Let a board member know if you would be interested and we can help share information about that.

The electronic key fob system is being used again this year. 2020 keys will not work, you must pick up a new key. 

· Pool keys will be issued at the pool from: 

· Noon till 3 PM on Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23 

Pool Keys will be given out rain or shine, even if the pool does not open on those dates, so please come get your keys at that time.
