 Online payments will be available when paying the 2021 maintenance fees. Information about how to use the service will be included with your invoices. Invoices will be mailed in late December. If paying via an e-Check by entering bank routing and account number, the service has a $.45 convenience fee. If paying via credit card or debit card, the fee will be $.30 plus 3.5% of the transaction. This would add $3.24 to a payment for a single lot of $84.00 for a total of $87.24. The convenience fee is charged by the site and the credit card companies, not by WOA. 

It’s time to start getting your Holiday decorations up as we’ll be holding Make Wildewood Beautiful 3.0 this year! Judging will take place on Saturday, December 19.
