December Board Meeting Notice

The December Board Meeting will be held Tuesday, December 14 7:00 PM at the Wildewood Community Center.

There are several topics that will be discussed at the meeting including repairs to the Wildewood entrance sign and 2022 budget. Please join us!

Beware of Scam Emails & Phone Calls

Several property owners have received emails that appear to have come from Guy Sanders and say Wildewood Owners Association, but they did not. It’s a typical scam, where the sender says “I’m out of town” and “can you handle this for me” and involves purchases of gift cards. Be very careful this holiday season and don’t give out personal or financial information.

Others have been receiving the calls that pretend to be from a grandchild who has had a car wreck/is in jail/you name it. In those cases, scammers often know the real names of the victim’s grandchildren, so be careful there as well.

Holiday Lights Contest

Make Wildewood Beautiful 4.0 starts now!

Rules:

1. All Wildewood residents are eligible to enter

2. The contest will be judged on Saturday evening, December 18. You must have your decorating completed and lights turned on at dark on that date.

3. Please keep your lights on every night until at least December 25 so everyone can have a chance to see them.

4. Judges will tour the neighborhood to view and judge the entries.

5. You must enter to be eligible to win. Prizes will be gift cards donated by local businesses and Wildewood residents. (Please let us know if you’d like to donate).

2. Most creative

3. Most lights

4. Best Design by a child 12 and under* (see specifics below).

5. Best Newcomer**(see specifics below)

*If you have children 12 and under and they help design your decorations, please include their names on the entry. PLEASE DO NOT endanger your children by making them get on the roof and hang lights. Their job is to provide ideas and guidance for the decorations, it’s your job to get on the roof! 😊

**If your address has not been entered in previous years, you are eligible for this prize and you will still be eligible for the other prizes as well.
